Our Value Statements

In order to serve the community, you must know the community.

Over the past year, our Leadership Team, with the help of additional volunteers, listened to the stories of people who live, work and play in the Northern York Area School District.

Once these stories were gathered, eight themes emerged from the community, and we worked with the residents to develop a “value statement” for each one.

“We value” + “what we value” + “why we value it” = a complete value statement
